Returns & Refunds policy

1. Pre-Delivery Cancellations
1.1 You may cancel your order at no cost if:

  • Your order has not yet been processed for shipping

  • No "Order Shipped" notification email has been sent to you

1.2 To cancel before shipment:

  • Email us at contact@mysecretstore.fr within 24 hours of purchase

  • Use subject line: "URGENT: Cancel Order #[number]"

  • Include your order number and full name

1.3 We will:

  • Process cancellation within 24 business hours

  • Issue full refund within 3-5 business days

  • Send confirmation email once completed

2. Post-Delivery Returns
2.1 30-Day Return Window:

  • You have 30 days from delivery date to request returns

  • Items must be unused with original tags and packaging

  • Hygiene seals must be intact for intimate apparel

2.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized/personalized products

  • Opened intimate wear (lingerie, underwear)

  • Sale/clearance items (marked as final sale)

  • Gift cards/digital products

3. Return Process
3.1 To initiate a return:

  • Email contact@mysecretstore.fr with:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return

  • We'll provide return instructions within 48h

3.2 Return Shipping:

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Recommended to use tracked/insured mail

  • Original shipping fees non-refundable (except for defective items)

4. Refunds
4.1 Processing:

  • Issued within 10 business days of receiving returned items

  • Via original payment method

  • May take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account

4.2 Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items show signs of use/wear

  • Original packaging is damaged/missing

  • Not all purchased items are returned

5. Exchanges
5.1 We currently only offer refunds

  • Please place a new order for replacement items

  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

6. Defective/Damaged Items
6.1 If you receive:

  • Wrong item

  • Defective product

  • Damaged goods

6.2 Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Provide photos of issue

  • We'll cover return shipping

7. Gift Returns
7.1 Gift purchases will receive:

  • Store credit for return value

  • Credit emailed as digital voucher (valid 1 year)

7.2 For gifts over $200:

  • We may require ID verification

  • Processing may take additional 3-5 days

8. European Customers
8.1 Additional 14-day withdrawal right:

  • Applies to EU residents under consumer law

  • Return window extends to 14 days after delivery
